Yes, you can apply for INSPIRE scholarship after finishing M.Sc degree.

The minimum eligibility criteria for applying INSPIRE scholarship is that the candidate should have secured a minimum of 65% marks in aggregate at M.Sc or integrated M.Sc/ M.S.
