I have heard that there are some banks in India that include living expenses cost in study abroad loan.?

If yes then please tell me the bank names.

Yes, almost all the banks which offer Education loan to students for pursuing higher studies in Abroad consider hostel fee/ accomodation fee.

Along with hostel fee, cost required to purchase books, computer, etc., will also considered for offering Education loan.

So, you need to give a clear fee structure or expenses to bank that are required for you to study in Abroad, so, that bank will offer you an Education loan according to expenses required to study in Abroad.
