Hi everyone, please help me to know about the eligibility criteria for applying to the Senior Research Fellowship program of the ICAR-IARI Division of Agronomy. I want to apply for this fellowship program so I need to know about the eligibility criteria.

°°° An applicant must be minimum 18 years of age and maximum 35 years of age.

°°° An applicant must hold a MSc degree in agriculture( Agronomy/ Soil science).

°°° An applicant must having post graduate degree in basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelors Degree and two years masters degree.

°°° An applicant should have qualified in NET.

°°° An applicant must have knowledge in computer applications, data entry, interpretation of results, report writing.

Eligibility to apply for the ICAR-IARI Division of Agronomy Senior Research Fellowship 2020:-

Age limit:-
The minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit 35 years.

Educational qualification:-

Hold an Msc degree in agriculture ( agronomy / soil science.

Having postgraduate degree in basic sciences with 3 years bachelor's degree and 2 years master's degree.

Should have NET qualification.

Knowledge in computer applications, data entry / analysis, interpretation of results, report writing.

Eligibility to apply for the ICAR-IARI Division of Agronomy Senior Research Fellowship 2020 is given below.


1. Candidate must have Master’s degree in Plant Physiology / Molecular Biology / Biotechnology / Genetics / Biochemistry / or relevant biological Sciences with 4/5 years bachelor’s degree.

2. Those with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/ MHRD-GATE qualification or equivalent or Ph.D in any of the above disciplines.

Eligibility to apply for the ICAR-IARI Division of Agronomy Senior Research Fellowship 2020 are as follows:-
Candidate age should be not less than 18 years and should not exceed 35 years.
Candidate must holds a M.Sc degree in Agriculture (Agronomy/ Soil Science).
or, Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree from a recognized university.
Candidate must have qualified NET entrance examination.
Candidate must have knowledge in Computer applications, data entry/ analysis, interpretation of results, report writing.
