Respected Sir/Madam, I want to know that if I would go for studying BTech in IIT with the help of an education loan offered by Bandhan Bank then what is the eligibility criteria to get this education loan? Please help me to know about the eligibility criteria as soon as possible.

For an education loan, there is no fixed eligibility criteria.

You just need to take the admission in a good institute.

Since you have mentioned an IIT, any bank would give you an education loan for studying in an IIT as it is very much clear that after graduating from one of the IITs, you will surely be able to repay the loan.

If you want to get an education loan for studying BTech in IIT, then you are eligible to get an education loan from Bandhan Bank.

*The candidate must be an Indian citizen

*Must be in age bracket defined by respective bank.

*All education loan must have a co applicant usually parents, guardian etc

*Must have confirmed admission to the academic institution

*Good credit history of co applicant or guarantor helps in availing loan easily.

*Insurance is compulsory for foreign courses.

Bank offers loan upto 10 lacs for Indian college and 20 lacs for foreign university.

Eligibility to get an Education Loan in Bandhan Bank for studying BTech in IIT?

1. You must be Graduate, Post graduate, Diploma and Professional courses recognized by University Grant Commission, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Indian Council for Medical Research, Government of India.

2. You must have documents like Aadhar card, pan card, etc.

Sorry, Bandhan Bank does not offer education loan to study. Bandhan bank offers only micro education loan in the name of a Shiksha. The maximum loan amount is Rs 10,000 only. You can apply for education loan through nationalized or private banks to study. You have to contact any bank branch for more details regarding an education loan.
