I want to study BTech in IIT through education loan. I am looking for an education loan in HDFC Bank. Can I know what are the requirements for applying an education loan in this bank? Kindly let me know the eligibility criteria also. Thank you!

To be eligible to apply for HDFC Bank Education Loan for pursuing B.Tech in IIT, you should have secured admission to B.Tech course in IIT. You have to submit the documents like admission letter, income proof, identity proof, address proof, etc., to bank to process your education loan. Generally, it takes one or two weeks to complete the sanction process of HDFC Bank Education Loan.

Eligibility and requirements to apply for HDFC Bank Education Loan:

You must be an Indian resident.

You must have secured admission to BTech course in IIT.

You should be in the age group of 16 to 35 years.

Statement of cost of study,
PAN Card & Aadhar Card of the student and Parent/ Guardian,
Proof of identity (Driving Licence/Passport/Aadhar etc.),

Bank account statement for last 6 months of Student/Co-borrower/ guarantor
