How to get stipend or financial aid in M.Tech entering through PGCET?


sir, i am qualified pgcet entrance exam and icet also...iam a bce student...my question is if iam join in jntu universities or jntu affliated colleges then how to get stipend ? to get stipend which colleges i prefer to join? and is there any cut off to pgcet entrance test to get stipend and get a seat in stipend offered colleges? plz guide me which one is better to me plz rly my email id.. thanku........
