Sorry, it is not possible to get merit scholarship without providing the income certificate. In general, merit scholarships are awarded to students on the basis of merit and family income. Therefore, students have to provide an income certificate of their parents to avail merit scholarship. They have to apply for merit scholarship online with necessary documents like academic records, photograph, income proof, ID proof, proof of admission, proof of age, etc. Students can check the details in the relevant scholarship website for more details.
