I passed 1st year in 2013 from Raj. University and I passed 12th in 2012 with 83.4% from cbse can I apply for scholarship now? And how should I apply?

No, you are not eligible to apply for scholarship provided by CBSE as CSSS ( Central Sector Scheme for Scholarship).

The scholarship is for candidate who have passed 10+2 and are interested in higher technical or non-technical courses.

But the eligibility for candidate is candidate must have no gap year after 10+2 in applying for scholarship and have aggregate greater as cut off fixed by board. Since, you have passed 10+2 in 2012 you are eligible to apply in that year only.

As, you have passed your board (10+2 ) examination in 2012. So, you are not eligible to apply for scholarship now.

To apply for CSSS scholarship which is given by CBSE under the MHRD for meritorious student who performed well in board examination. The required eligibility is candidate must have passed the board examination in same year and have aggregate equal to or greater than cut off marks fixed by board
