Whether the Bank will hand over the amount of Education Loan to me instead of college?


Sir,
I would like to know that if I apply
for Bank Education Loan then my college
takes the amount or the bank will handed
over the amount to me?
Please tell me about this.

The bank will do the following :-

- First it will ask for proof of fees to be paid to the college.
- Then it will ask you to write an application to the bank to state the amount you need to pay to the college for that installment.
- Then the bank will disburse the amount.
- The mode of disbursement depends on you, it can transfer the amount to your account or pay directly to the college via NEFT/RTGS/ Demand Draft.
