Whether a candidate can get an extension in loan amount to complete BS in Germany?


My son has availed an Education Loan of Rs 8.5 Lacs. Now he needs to study one more year to be completed his BS. Can he avail an extension for nearly Rs. 10 Lacs as he is in Germany?

Yes, your son an avail the extension in the education loan. However, the decision will be at the discretion of bank as the amount is large and it involves study in abroad. The performance of your son in the course till now and the recognition and reputation of the concerned institute ml will be taken into account as well as mortgage will be required.
