you have many good carrier options as well...you can do the following studies...

CREATIVE STUDIES
you can do graduation in music from any good music school...n u can try for kendriya vidyalaya music teacher or any government school music teacher...but for that u need to take a simple general graduation along wid ur music graduation of 6 years...
or u can go for fine arts boutique designing course...if u r interested in creativity or u can do fashion designing course also if u r expecting something very high...

GENERAL STUDIES
you can pursue a graduation in literature if you are interested in literature.
or can do graduation in physical education...

PROFESSIONAL COURSES
u can do hotel management course as u had home science in your +2.
others u can do is BCA,BBA, DIPLOMA COURSES in engineering.
and it will be better if u go for some corresponding courses also along with ur graduation...

future prospects in all there fields are very high...all u require is your focus and along with interest.

My friend this is the wright time to fix your goal..
So, go for a field in which you have more interest..

After completion of 12th in arts , you can go for courses like-

1.B.A in any of your arts subject.

2.LLB-If you have interest in law..

3.BBA- it is a management related field.. after completion of your BBA course you can go for MBA..

4.Mass communication

5.Fashion Technology

etc..

i have passed out 12th exam with 69 percentage from arts stream.So i want to pursue .net programming course.can i pursue that course and get job field in IT industry.

You have art stream then not to worry. You can apply for the bba course which is a business management course. for the eligibility for this course that you must have percentage above 50 in your 10+2 class.

If you are not interested in the bba then you can go for many type of diploma course in which you can make your future.

journalism is a good diploma course, there is a big demand in this field. so you can take this.

If you had taken the pcm in your 12th class then you could go to the technical field but this is not possible now. so you can take my advice on it.
