Yes you are eligible .In order to MS in USA you have to appear for exams like GRE,GMAT,TOEFl,LSAt,etc.
You need to have a degree.No restriction is there on percentage or age .

If you are going on scholarship then you have to meet the eligibility requirements of the Institute

If you are sponsoring the course, then be ready to spend 30 to 50 lacs

There is no Fixed % requirement. It all depends on the Institute you are approaching.

YOu must have very good academic record to pursue MS in Abroad, plus you should have done some good projects also.

You should have Minimum 60% Marks in your graduation,to get admission in normal colleges.

Mainly to get admission in Abroad,you should get good score in TOEFL and GRE test.

If you able to score 80 marks in TOEFL out of 120 and above 1100 marks in GRE out of 1600 marks,then you can get admission in good colleges,while taking this score as your consideration.

If you are planning to go abroad,taking coaching for GRE and TOEFL in good institute.so that it helps to clear some of the concepts.work hard.......

You can easily score good marks.
