Re: Are coaching classes required to pass iit-jee?
dear friend ,
for the top exam like iitjee , understanding of the concepts , depth study of the topic , practice of variety of the problems and concentration on the subjects are most important factors. different than this the most important part is the self study. self study is the most useful way crack such exams. due to the self study of any subject one get confidence and firm in that particular subject. but coachings are also useful. because coaching centers provides test at every week for the perfect evaluation. due to coaching one can get more sharper. so the coaching with the self study can be useful for cracking iitjee exam. thanks and best luck |

Coaching Classes for IIT-JEE coaching classes are best when you don't have someone elder to you who can guide you in preparations..more than the teaching and the study material..it is about the competitive environment which you get in a coaching centre and you analyse yourself that where you stand amongst the best..so in my suggestion..take coaching if you don't have someone who can guide you else you can crack JEE through self-study also.. ~Hope this helps.. ~ With Warm Regards "Nitz" |

Re: Are coaching classes required to pass iit-jee?
Coaching classes are of great help when it comes to preparation of IITJEE.
They make our preparation easier in the following ways: 1. They have a well simplified course which helps us in getting the max. possible result from the least effort. 2. they provide us with the most eligible faculty , so that our doubts can be cleared with ease. 3. They help in providing with valuable information when it comes to paper pattern and confidence to face the exams via regular tests. Here are a few tips on how to start your preparation for IIT: 1. Try to give equal importance in all subjects. 2. As you are going for self study you will have to work a bit more harder than others. You should have someone to whom you can clear your doubts. 3. Try to solve a completely a single chapter completely from all books. 4. Revise what you have already learnt in regular intervals. 5. Try to solve as many problems as you can on paper rather than just reading its solution. 6 Books to refer Physics: NCERT, H.C.Verma, D. C.Pandey Chemistry: NCERT, O P TANDON, J. D. Lee, PRADEEP OBJECTVE CHEMISTRY. MATHS: NCERT, R.D.SHARMA, ARIHANT Series, M. L. Khanna 7. Try to be very strong in Physics and Chemistry as they are easier in the IITJEE exam hence easier to score. 8. Try to prepare for selective topics for maths like vector alzebra, differential equations etc. 9. Few people may suggest you to go for I. E. IRODOV for physics but I would rather say that it is a complete waste of time when it comes to IITJEE preparation. As the book's standard is far above IITJEE standard. All THE BEST |

Re: Are coaching classes required to pass iit-jee?
won't say that it's impossible to pass the exam without joining coaching classes but it will not be an intelligent move. For better career you must select the best option available and for IIT JEE, coaching classes are the same.

Re: Are coaching classes required to pass iit-jee?
If your basic concepts are very clear right from class 5-6th till your 12th grade, then it should not be very difficult for you to cleat IIT JEE, but if you feel that you require a proper guidance and a look after so that you can be familier with the pattern of questions asked and can manage your time well, then you should go for a coaching which is reputated and renowned in this field.
Some good coaching centres are : Bansal Kota Resonance Brilliant Tutorials FIITJEE etc |

Re: Are coaching classes required to pass iit-jee?
if i must say the truth then let me tell you that it solely depends on you. If you are able to understand the topics of the syllabus on your own and do at least 60% of the sums on your own then you don't need to join a good coaching center.
But if you have trouble in understanding either some or all of the topics, have trouble in solving the sums and are unable to catch up with time management(which plays a huge role during the exam), then it would be best for you to join a good coaching center like FIITJEE. If you want to do it alone then you should start from the very first day of class XI. you should develop interest in the subject and work very hard, only then you will be able to pass IITJEE best of luck!!! |
