First of all let me tell you that there is no exam which is conducted for students to join the Indian Air Force after 10th..

You need to be at least a 12th pass out in order to appear for the National Defence Academy which is conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year in the months of April and August..

You should also be within the age limit of 16.5-19 years for appearing for the NDA exam..

There is no percentage restriction for appearing in the NDA Exam..

The exam shall have 2 rounds :-

The first round will test you based on your general knowledge and current affairs..

The second round shall test you on the basis of your basic knowledge of Science,Maths and English..

There are also some physical requirements which you must fulfill in order to clear the medical examination..

I have attached the required physical parameters along with some previous year papers for your reference in the attachments..
