Following is the eligibility criteria of bank po examination:

1. Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks put together in all papers. (Exemption in percentage is there for reserved candidates SC/ST and OBC)

2. Age - Not below 21 years and not above 30 years (Relaxation in age is provided by various banks for the candidates of reserved category)

With your ug percentage you are eligible for certain banks and if you belong to a certain reserved category.

But with your pg percentage you will become eligible for bank po exam.

sorry friend but you are not eligible for

any PO exam whatsoever

most banks demand minimum 60% in graduation while you have got only

53%, though some banks demand lower percentages that is also

55%. so you cant even sit for these smaller banks

but there is one possibility if you are from SC/ST

category you will get 5% relaxation, then you may be eligible for some

smaller BANKS

Hi dear,

Well dear friend the eligibility criteria for different banks tend to vary.
However most of the banks Demand minimum 60%-55% in graduation.Like SBI demands 60% minimum
(with relaxation of 5 % for category candidates.)
Same is true for age for ex. SBI allows ages in 21 to 30 years of range while ICICI
allows upto 25 years only.
As far as your score is concerned there is no bank which allows below 55% in graduation. Unless you are a category holder... i don't think you can appear for PO.

Yes absolutely !!!

You can appear for this examination. There is no doubt that......

But your age limits should be between 21 years and 30 years at the time of appearing.

Three years relaxation for OBC candidates and Five years relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

The candidate must have a graduate degree from any recognized university or equivalent qualification.

The candidate must secure at least 60% marks in their examination and some prefer the 55% marks in their examination.

But SBI PO,IBPS PO :- Graduation is enough to appear for this examination.

Selection Procedure : 1)Written Examination 2)Group discussion 3)Interview

SBI PO Examination Pattern :-
