NDA(National Defence Academy).

UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducting this exam every year two times i.e NDA-I and NDA-II.


3 wings in NDA:-

-->Indian navy,

-->Indian army,

-->Indian airforce.


Eligibility criteria:-

Candidate should be complete +2 from a recognised university or state board.

The percentage of marks does'nt important to appear this exam.

Candidate must be a citizen of india and physically fit.

Age limits are 16.5 years to 19 years, no upper age relaxation for reservation candidates.

Male and unmarried candidates can only eligible for NDA exam.

This means girls are not eligible for NDA exam.

Applicant should fulfill the following eligibility criteria in order to apply for NDA & NA exam (II).
Applicant must be Indian citizen.
Applicant's date of birth should fall between 02 July 1995 and 01 January 1998 both dates are included.
For date of birth proof, UPSC will consider matriculation certificate only. No other documents are considered by the commission.
Applicant should submit the academic certificates after being shortlisted for SSB interviews.

NDA has three wings

Indian army

Navy

Indian air force

The eligibility criteria required for this examination are prescribed as below:

1.Completion of 12th with pass marks

2. Age limit: 16.5-19 years

3.Sex: Male

4. Marital status: Single

5.Nationality: Indian

6.Physically and mentally fit
The total exam is of 900 marks in two papers,Math for 300 marks in 2.5 hrs & general ability test which is further divided in two parts,part A English of 200 marks & part B general knowledge of 400 marks.

Out of 900 marks,50% marks may be considered as the qualifying marks which vary every time.

The cut off must be from both papers individually.

Apart from the above,one must be physically fit & should not have colur blindness.

Only unmarried male candidates are
eligible.

Girls are not eligible for this exam.

This exam conduct by UPSC.

Physical Requirements For NDA

To appear in UPSC conducted NDA Examination..one must satisfy the following conditions first :-

1) Only unmarried male candidates are applicable for NDA Examination..

2) The minimum educational qualification required for NDA is 12th pass out (with Physics and Maths for Navy and Air Force)

3) Age has to be less than 19 years..

4) Should be more than 16 1/2 years old..

5) No bar on the number of attempts and no age relaxation..

2 papers in the 1st stage of written examination :-

1) General Ability Test

2) Mathematics

The rounds which are required to be cleared by the candidate are :-

1) Written Examination Test

2) Personal Interview Round

3) Medical Examination Round

How many race and long jump and high jump in nda ?

I am a girl and I really want to join INDIAN AIR FORCE but I have. Eyesight 5/6 and I am 5.6feet can I apply for it.

What marks should be in12th

sir my hight is 164cm . Can i apply nda exam.

I am having glasses and the second thing doctor says that my eyesight has alternate vision..
Can i fill the forms for NDA ??

Sir I m in class 12th I want to become a pilot in Indian air force so after clearing nda enterence exam what think will decide that what i will be in IAF a pilot or something else

yes it does not matter in which core you are .If want to join air force then you should know maths .
