Sir I would like serve the Indian Air Force .So How can I join in IAF currently pursuing my Diploma in Aeronautical Engg third year .So please help.

Yes,you can join Indian Air Force while pursuing diploma in aeronautical engineering through NDA Exam.

UPSC conducts NDA( National Defense Academy) exam twice a year with the name;NDA I and NDA II;to make recruitment in different wings of NDA;

Indian Military Academy.

Indian Naval Academy.

Indian Air Force Academy.

The criteria which has to be fulfilled to get admission in NDA IAF are following:-

-The candidate must be a citizen of India.

-The age limit for the candidate is 16.5 years to 19 years.

-Only unmarried male candidate can apply for the exam.

-The qualification required to join Indian Air Force Academy of NDA is 10+2 with Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.

-The selection process involves written examination followed by personal interview by Service Selection Board.

-The candidate should be physically fit as per the Physical Standards required to join NDA.
