No its not difficult to learn java or .net language for you.If you belong to ECE branch then its not necessary that you should have computer branch

background.

Java is easy as compare to .net language and also its very good for to choose java language.If you have knowledge about the basic language C and

C++ than its very easy for you to learn java language.Java uses C languages syntax and methoda of C++.SO it can be easy for you to learn java.

If you have interest in web designing than you should go with the other option.That is .Net.

You can do course on any perticular language from any honourable insitutue.So choose any one of them which you have more interest.

Indian Railway
NTPC etc etc.
