Re: Admission in B.Ed after scoring 45% in graduation?
Hello,
Yes, you can take admission in B.Ed after passing the graduation. I think you are worried about your graduation percentage, as the eligibility for the admission in B.Ed is passed graduation from any recognized university. There will be age limit of 35 for the general candidate and no age limit for the reserved candidate. So don't get worried about the percentage you are surely eligible for the B.Ed course. You can get direct admission in almost all universities but some of the deemed university conduct their own entrance test followed by a personal interview. |

Re: Admission in B.Ed after scoring 45% in graduation?
Admission in B.Ed. is made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/U.T. Administration and the University.
For more details regarding eligibility criteria, selection process, and relaxation in the qualifying marks, please contact concerned college/university/authority. |

Re: Admission in B.Ed after scoring 45% in graduation?
dear friend,
In a recent notification the National Council of Teachers Education (NCTE) has declared an increase in the minimum percentage required for admission to B.Ed colleges. While previously the percentage cut off was 45%, it has now been raised to 50%. The 5% increase however, has not been relished by the various B.Ed colleges. so, Your aggregate in graduation may create problem at the time of applying for B.ed... But , still there are lots of colleges those follow the previous criteria... so, go for that colleges.. All the best... |

Re: Admission in B.Ed after scoring 45% in graduation?
All the recognised universities require graduation with minimum 50% marks to get admission into B. Ed course. However if you belong to reserved category then your45% is enough to get admission into the B. Ed collages.
