Government of Maharashtra shall conduct a single combined “Common Entrance Test” MHT-CET-2011for all Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses for the academic year 2011-2012. The said CET will be held on Thursday, 12th May 2011.

Yes you are eligible to give the entrance test for these courses. The minimum percentage to take admission in medical courses is 50% in pcb. If you aspire to take admission in government colleges in maharashtra, you need to appear for MHT CET Exam. I have attached a document that is issued by the Government of Maharashtra. It explains you all the necessary details.
