sir, I hav got 88.4% in 12th board.Also my AIR in AIEEE is 62837 (with 108 marks) & my state rank is 3788.
can i get admission in top colleges of AIEEE?

Dear,admission to top aieee collleges depend mainly on rank of aieee.you may get in top colleges but you have to wait for the last round.so it is better to take the oppurtinity that you have in the present. I mean that you have scored good mark in 12th standard ,so you take admission in good private college and have better scholarship oppurtunities

I have got 80% marks in 12th from HP Board.
And have chances to get near abt 120 marks in aieee.
Are there any chances for geting a gvt. College??

what should be my state code of eligiblity???
i am living in delhi and given 10th exam from delhi bt due to some reasons i went to gurgoan school in 11th .....
so i will be giving my 12th in gurgoan ......
should i fill delhi or haryana in state code of eligiblity

which college would be suitable after scoring above 85% in cbse xii

AIEEE stands for the All India Engineering Entrance Examination. It is organized by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) every year in the month of April right after the board exams are concluded to select candidates for the admissions in the various technical colleges all across the country.


NIT's - National Institutes of Technologies are the best amongst the ones which come under AIEEE.


So a lot of NIT aspirants work hard for the AIEEE exam.


Now coming to your status, you say you have scored 62837 All India rank in AIEEE and state rank of 3788.

Also your 12th board results are very nice i.e 88.4% !


So still I am feeling sorry to say that you will not be getting any good or even average colleges with this rank.


As you are even behind the 50,000 rank. I would suggest you that you have the potential. You should give it a tray again next.


So as of now, either take a drop and prepare well for the next year AIEEE. Or compromise and join any other college


You have to decide.

as u got the AIR rank-62837 and state rank-3788..your rank is not bad you can try to take admission in
1. YMCA Faridabad,
2. Kurukshetra University.
and do not lose your potential about your study work hard for your coming carrier.....
if you take a decision to drop your year for the AIEEE or IIT exam then keep this point in your mind that competition is increasing day by day and either your rank may be decreases or cut off may be high their is no security that you can got a top govt. college .
so my opinion is that you can continue your study by taking admission in any college and study more........

I HAVE RANK 55000 ......WOULD I WILL BE ABLE TO GET ADMISSIONS IN MIT OR VIT SRM OR BITS

It would have been better if you had mentioned your state.Well at such a low score in general category wont get you admission in any of the good govt coll.It would have been a completely different case if you were from a reserved quota.Else you can try for pvt coll like Amity University,Noida;Sharda University,Noida; LPU,Punjab.Better you drop a year and again try next year.
