I am obc category railway employee aged 38 year with 30 percent orthopedic disability can i am eligible for engg. service 2015 of upsc

I am studying inter second year mpc. Give full details about railway jobs.

Age limit for different posts varies and it also depends on the category to which you belong. There is age relaxation available for reserved category candidates and if you belong to any of them you can surely apply for the railway job according to your qualification.

1. SC/ST : 5 years relaxation

2. Physically Handicapped : 10 years relaxation

3. OBC : 3 years relaxation

4. Ex-Servicemen: 3 years relaxation

5. Relaxation of 5 years for candidates who were ordinarily domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir.
