I sent my AIEEE 2011 Application Form No. 847385 by Speed Post on 17/01/2011 and the same was dilivered at the CBSE Office on 19/01/2011, but when always I try to check the status of my Application Form it always shows a message that Application Form No. 847385 is yet to be recieved/-
-processed.What do I do?

If Your AIEEE application form not yet Received By the Concerned Department Then Please Contact To the Post Office And Ask Him Why Your Application form Was Not Received By The Concerned Department.

So, They Will Definitely Tell You About the Status Of Your Speed Post. So, Its Better If You Can Contact To the Post Offices.

Or You Can Also Contact To the AIEEE Department And Ask Him Is Your Application form They Will Received Or Not. I hope they Will tell You Is Your Application form they will Received Or Not. So Please Get The Contact Number of AIEEE Deparment From Your AIEEE Broucher And Contact Him Soon And Also Contact To the Post Office.

You have already retain the speed post receipt with you so its quite sure that you have a proof of it.It may be also possible that as you have send the application form Offline so there will be no entry of yours as may be the system displays the status of online application only.You may contact to-

that your request has not been accepted as data is as per from filled by you.but in chek status shows that application has been recevied.
than how can clear my application fromand how can i recevied my admit card. my phone no.9476065344.

The Admit Card will be sent by post To those candidates whose applications are Successfully Well and Good.

It will be Sent four weeks before the conduct of the examination,

It will be the responsibility of the candidate to contact/write to the Board if he/ she is not in receipt of the Admit Cards by 6th April 2011.

Request should be Made with two photographs (as pasted on the Application Form),

one should be attested by Principal of the institution where candidate is studying/passed XII or by the gazetted officer.

& For those candidates who have made application online, and the original postal receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched

the Application Form by Registered/Speed Post in order to get a duplicate Admit Card. Such request for issue of duplicate Admit Card should

accompany with a Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, CBSE payable at Delhi /New Delhi amounting Rs. 50/- as fee and additional Rs. 30/- as postal charges for outstation candidates.

If your AIEEE- 2011 application form is not received then please
contact the post office from where you send the application form.
You can also contact to the AIEEE office and say the problem.
I think that you will get a solution of your problem. Contact urgently
for the query.

Dear friend you should contact immediately with cbse board because there is very less time that's why you should contact with cbse board............

If every thing is correct at your side then be patient your application might be in process as like many others.
However you should write an application for inconvenience mentioning all details about your application form and speed post and mail it to [email protected]
[email protected].
They would definitely reply you soon .
Don't panic and concentrate on your preparation.

don.t worry your application has been received. i checked it from the website. here i am attaching your application status. check it from the attachment file. also attaching important information about AIEEE examination, 2011.


may be earlier they received your application form nut it take some time to upload in internet that's way it was showing wrong. but now it is showing correctly.

i think now you received your admit card. Date of dispatch of Admit Card 18.03.2011 to 31.03.2011. if any one does not received admit card within first week of April they should contact with the AIEEE office.

Pls fill up the confirmation form again and get attetation done and GO TO AIEE OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
