Dear Sir,
I sent you a question regarding my mistake which I did in my AIEEE application form no. 362822. I pasted a photograph on the application form without my name and date of taking the photograph. So I request you to guide me what should be done in order to correct my mistake.

Once the form is submitted,no further communication for any change or correction will be entertained for you.

You have done a big mistake your form is likely to be rejected,because candidates name and the date in which the photo has been taken is required to avaoid any mistake at the time of dispatching the same to you.


Hope your form will not be rejected.Better to contact Assistant secretary (aieee unit),delhi at 011-22239177,011-22239180.

there is no problem due to the mistake that you have done.
so dont worry your form will not be rejected,because they ask to write the name behind the photos to paste it back in case it gets detached.

hence if you have pasted it well then there will be no problem.

you shouldnt have been so careless any way your form will not get rejected if you contact the palceand tell them about your mistake bt stilll derare few chances bt still dont panic take actions as son as possible ok

i think there is no need to be worry because you have pasted your photograph on the application form and now no one is going to remove it and check whether you have written your name and date...still if you are not satisfied you can contact to concerned authority and tell your problem as soon as possible

Photo pasted without Name & Date or Date & Name has been written manually.
Form will not be rejected, if name & date has not be written by the candidate on Photo.

hey no need to worry about that problem as the authority is not going to remove it and check for your name behind it......so prepare for exam every thing will be fine.

and now there is no any way to correction,
you have to wait what he does with the application form,
i think may be your form is being accepted,

ther is a chance ur form to get rejjected!!! better contact AIEEE official website!!!!!!! al d best....

Contact the concerned authority for this.
You will get the contact detail in the prospectus of AIEEE.

you must go to the cbse head office and talk to the higher authorities otherwise your form will be rejected.

once you have sent the application form you can not corect it..
it is recomended that you must revise the application form while before sending the form...

call to AIEEE authority, they can guide you to the best.

there's nothing can be done, dude.

it is too much late to give the reply. i think you faced all the difficulties regarding this. till i am giving the information if anyone do this in this year.

it is not possible to change in form. so it is not possible to correct the wrong. now what you can do only you may contact in AIEEE office. Assistant secretary of AIEEE, Delhi. phone number- 011-22239177,011-22239180. they will provide the exact information.

may be it is not possible to change the mode of examination now. because once you will submit online from you can not change the form.


but you may fill up the form again. in that case you have to give again the fees for the form.

you should contact with the AIEEE assistant secretary, Delhi. phone number-011-22239177,011-22239180. they will provide a good suggestion for you. just contact with them.

Since the AIEEE officials state to write your name and date when the photograph is taken,so its a problem.

Its is clearly mention in Broucher, if you fill the application form of AIEEE then you should fill correctly with follow all the instuctions.

According to you, you have not mention the date and your name in AIEEE application form, I think your form will be rejected, But i am not saying, that your form will be surely rejected, its totally depends on administration of AIEEE.

And if you have fill the form and submited it sucessfully, then there is no chance to correct it again. So, whenever you have fill the appliaction forms of any entrance exams, then please read the instuctions first and then fill the forms.

So, if you fill it correctly or not, there is no chance to correct it again.

look dear don't be in panic your form will not be rejected because this is not such a great mistake . and this rule is not included in mandatory rules of aieee. they just have provided this rule because in case of loose attachment of your photo graph if it gets detached from your form than they may be able to identify you .

so i will suggest you to continue your studies and in case if you want to contact for your satisfaction than you may contact at 011-22239177,011-22239180

Nothing will happen to your application as some of my friends and my brother itself has pasted the photo without name and date of photo.
your application will not be rejected definitely.

This is a mistake,but you don't worry more.
You will contact with the authorities and call the AIEEE helpline and tell abut your mistake.
If there is any chance for correction then they will give you some suggetion.

yes surely you can make corrections or your form will be accepted if the mistake is a small one

its only possible for few mistakes

its better to contact any one of the NIT's through email

and this would be better without any further tensions at all

You can not rectify the mistakes in the AIEEE application form after sending it.

Your form is liable to be cancelled due to this mistake.

You should check your application statusn in order to know whether they have accepted it or rejected it . May be they have accepted your application.

I am sorry to say that almost you have lost the chance to appear for AIEEE exam. Your application is likely going to be rejected.

Because AIEEE is a strict national wide exam. It will not entertain any kind of erorrs.

Anyway i will suggest you to contact them and tell your problem or send a mail for them politely and describe your situation.

Hope if there is possibility, they may suggest you some alternative.
