hi,
while filling my aieee application form instead of writing my full surname as per the 10th class certificate i just wrote my initial is it all right can i post it like that or should i get an other application form.if so can you tell me the procedure of applying it online

no you can not post it like that ,the name should be as it is in tenth class certificate or your admission will be denied,
fill an another form

Only initial name is not sufficiant for it,you are required to write the full name.

However,you can purchase another form or filled it online at http://www.aieee.nic.in complete form filling procedure is given there.

you should get an new application form....
log on to aieee.nic.in to know about how to fill the application form correctly

It is better that you buy another application form and fill it because your 10th mark sheet only acts as a reference for your identification. Applying it by online is so simple and easy and the instructions are clearly given in the aiee website so you can follow them and fill it up conveniently. Good luck.

go n get a new application form ,your application get rejected ,because it is clearly mention their that your name should be same as in 10 and 12th mark sheet.

Well dear friend there was the mistake you made in the form but don't become sad and talk to the administration and get the resolution, after not getting the resolution you can then fill the AIEEE form online secondly .

if your name in tenth class certificate is with initials of your surname only then it is not a mistake if you have filled only initials......
but if it is not the case then you can apply through online for other application form....it is available at...www.aieee.nic.in
you have to take a print of the application you filled online and send it with certificates to the authorit by post.....you can pay online through credit card.........

the form will not be rejected but later you will face the problem at the time of counselling....so i advice you to contact the aieee headquaters delhi...

hey please dont do that otherwise your form can be rejected by the authority so i suggest you to correct it using the whitener and then send.

your form may get rejected if you dont consult the office and please never apply for he exam in another application form this may reject you both the forms and you wont be able to give the exam so please try to sort out the problem

you have to contact the authorities as soon as possible and ask for the corrections........

although applications will be sent in feb for final corrections if required........

take the contacts from the official website and contact them as soon as possible.......

you are requested to not fill up another form,because if you will do so both form will be rejected and also you should contact with the chairman aieee exam as soon as possible.

its good that you have not submitted your form so correct you mistake by scratching it using blade or using whitener and then send it.

do 1 thing contact the senior members or officials of aieee board and try and rectify your mistake before going to the exam .

do it immediately if this does not work then purchase a new form and fill it without any mistake and send it carefully and assure that it reaches the centre on time.

you must contact the authorities or you must check your application form status or third option is that you should go and fill a new application form without mistake

really a big mistake you made and you will not get admission even you got good rank,so please fill the form once again and before filling it please visit www.aieee.nic and for the next time have a look how to fill the form.and please be carefull

in A I E E E application form ..is not want only your initial name they want your full name ..
as per your 10th class certificate..
so that can denied your application form...
and also if you can get rank in A I E E E than its not also valid...
so urgently inform the authority of A I E E E about your mistake...

if the name is the same in your 12th form also..then it is a problem...

dear friend though its a matter of great concern but it depends on in which part you have done the mistake.It will be better to ask the controller of the aiee exam.they can give the right and proper way.
Do not get tensed by thinking this.Just prepare for your exam.........

you have really made a big mistake and on these bases your application form will be rejected,because you must write your detail as given in your 10th mark sheet,so i suggest you to fill the form again and do no make such a mistake again in life.

There is no need of worry if you have made mistake.
just go to aieee site and check the status of your application form and enter your form no. there will be option of editing any info. just do that and follow the procedure given.your form will be edited .

If you have not filled your Full name on your AIEEE application form, then please dont worry, just contact the concerned authority for correction. If they will not help you
then, you can correct it at the time of your councelling also.......

No you cannot send form with mistake you should take new form and apply again, other wise you should apply online through website http://www.aieee.nic.in .

As you have made mistake in writing your full name you can not overwrite/correct your name on the same as it is violating the guidelines provided by the AIEEE.
Guidelines of AIEEE :-
Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
So, what you have to do is issue a another application form may be from off line or on line.
For on line form fill up you can visit :- http://www.aieee.nic.in.

I had written my name as GAURAV NARAYAN DESHPANDE in the Gate form Offline. But on my 10th certificate my name is DESHPANDE GAURAV NARAYAN then what should I need to do for correcting this mistake. till I had not post my form & their is no spelling mistake in my form?

It is okey to post so, write a letter about the mistake that you have made.
Get the letter and 10th class application attested by the principal or gazetted officer.

I have changed my son's name recently . The Indian Counsulate has issued his passport with new name. He has submitted this passport copy to the school for applying for his 10 2 board exam . In short his 10th certificate is carrying his old name and he has applied for 12th board exam with new name. We have an affidavit for the change of name . So while applying for iitjee can I submit the said affidavit as proof for the change of name. Please advise.

you can't change it now.

as the prospectus says

Request for change/correction in any particulars in theApplication Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

The Board will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non-acceptance of any correction/addition/deletion in any particular once filled in

According to AIEEE information brochure, the candidate should write his name as written on tenth certificate. As much as black and white photo is concerned, black and white photo is prefrable over coloured one.

So its OK coloured photo.

If you commite any mistake while applying for AIEEE application, it would be better contact CBSE regional office. As you have entered wrong postsl code, you will not get your admit card and score card. AIEEE has clearly stated that if you don't get your admit card/score card, you can apply for a new one from CBSE office. So i don't think so that you should cancel your application form but better to contact CBSE regional office for furthet information.

*[Que.1] i fill online forum,1st i fill online forum for BE/BTech.,BArch. & i get registration no. after completion it show that ihave to pay RS 900-/- & than i cancle it but i want apply for BE/BTech. for which we have to pay RS 500-/- so i fill the forum again with BE/BTech. then it show message that i have also submit the forum, then ipress OK & continue my forum filling then it show THAT IHAVE TO PAY RS 500-/- so i made DRAFT OF RS 500-/- ,& I GIVE the draft no. for payment ,& when i get confermation page THEIR IS AGAIN WRITTEN THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE RS 500-/- Plz NOW TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO? *[Que.2] what i have to sent original draft or its photocopy?

I HAVE ENTERED EMAIL ADDRESS INSTEAD OF ENTERING THE MAILING ADDRESS WHILE FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. SO WHAT CAN WE DO FOR THIS?

I have filled the online form of aieee for offline exam and mistakenly filled email address instead of house address. i have got it printed out although the demand draft carry the house address but still i am confused for the form carry the wrong address. what should i do now,please help.
