NO, it's not that but there are possibility of seat being fulfill .
some colleges even have 4th list but student cannot sit til the 4th list.
so they take admission in which ever college they can take.
so in first glances it looks as if every thing is filled .

No its not reserved, you just need to come under the cut of
only some seats are reserved for obc and disabled

Hi


DU stands for the Delhi University and it is one of the largest and best universities in India.

Due to this a lot of students from all over India aspire to study and be a part of this university.


Delhi University doesn't conduct its own entrance exams but they select candidates and provide admissions on the basis of the their 12th boards results and best of 4 subjects aggregates.


The Basic Criteria is that the candidate should preferably be a local of Delhi and has to pass in all the subjects in the board exams.


Now this is a myth that DU North Campus College seats are reserved after the first cut off list.
It it nothing like that.

In most cases the seats are not filled up fully in the first cut off list. So the second list is put out so that you can admissions then.


So do not worry about the myth and try to score as much as you can in your boards, so that you can get admission in the first list itself.
