i am 4m hyderabad ... i am doing my 12th board in cbse...can i appear for kcet....?

Yes, friend you are eligible for Karnataka CET because the 12th appearing students are also eligible for COMEDK (Karnataka CET). If you get a good rank in COMEDK then you can get a good private engineering but not Government because you are non-Resident of Karnataka.

Yes of course you can apply for KCET.But,the problem is that you will be treated as a non local in Karnataka and only few percentage of seats i.e about 15% of seats will be reserved to you since your a non local.Hence,you need to work extremely hard to get selected in good colleges.

Since your a non local you even will be not treated for reservations and Government seats will be not reserved for you.

The exam will be held around the month of April/May.Notifications will be released soon i.e around the second week of February.

Yes you can apply for any state entrance exam.Whether it karnatka or any other.

no only for karnataka students will get college of karnataka through it

no its only for karnataka students u will not get any college through it

If you are a resident of Karnataka and studying outside of Karnataka then you can appear in Karnataka CET.

If you are not a resident of Karnataka and studying in Karnataka then you can
also appear in Karnataka CET.

Which ever is applicable apply for that.............

yes, you are eligible for the exam of CET-karnatka. in this exam the only qualification is pass the 12th standard with any board.
the securing marks is 50% for general and concession to the others by 5% in the exam.
You have to obtain a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in the PCB group and should secure a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in PCB subjects in the Common Entrance Test (CET).

dear friend,you are eligible for the exam but you will have to work hard a lot because there is only 15% of the seats reserved for the outsiders. and the competition for those 15% seats is too much.

sir my daughter has scored 80 out of 180 in karnataka 2011 cet exam and may get 90% in board exam please let me know her probable medical ranking in cet 2011
