I am a third year B.Com student. Am I eligible to apply for CTET exam? If not then, what are the options to become a teacher? What should I study further? Is B.Ed also necessary for teacher jobs?

Being a final year student of B.Com degree course, you are eligible for appearing in CTET ( Central Teacher Eligibility Test) only if you have opted for any teacher training course such as D.El.Ed/D.Ed/ or any other equivalent teacher training course otherwise you will be required to pursue a teacher training course such as D.Ed/ D.El.Ed/ B.Ed after completion of your B.Com degree course to appear in CTET.
