Am I eligible for 15% seats after belonging to HP and not studying in Punjab?
i belong to himachal pradesh.i haven't studied in punjab nor do i reside in punjab.so am i eligible for those 15% seats...and can i fill the form online.

For this you have to secure more and more marks in diploma for being eligible for 15% seats in Punjab.
