Am I eligible to apply for Civil Service examination with B.Sc in MLT?


Sir/Madam, I am doing B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology. It comes under technical Graduation course. Am I eligible for Civil Services exam or not with this degree? If not, then what should I do to become eligible?

To become a civil servant you need a graduate degree from any stream. In this job stream doesn't matter your graduation matters. During this exam you can choose Medical Laboratory Technology as an optional subject. It will be very much helpfull for you.

Civil Service Examination is conducted by UPSC. The examination is conducted for recruitment as an I.A.S, I.P.S Officer's etc.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed or appearing for the final year examination.

The age limit is 21-32 years. There is no limitation on discipline and aggregate of the bachelor course to appear for the examination.
