Am I eligible to apply for economics honours in Maharaja University without having Maths in 12th?


I want to pursue in my under graduation economics honours but I don't have in my +2 is maharaja shivajiroa university provides ECOhonors without maths? Can someone give me the right information on the same to proceed further? Thank you!

The eligibility criteria for Economics honours:

1. You must have done 10+2 from a recognized board. Board appearing candidates are also eligible for this course.

2. Mathematics is an essential subject for this course.

Without mathematics, you can not pursue Bachelor's degree in economics honours.

To get admission in economics honors course it is mandatory that candidate must have passed their 12th from a recognised board with mathematics as main paper.

So, you are not eligible to appear in entrance examination to get admission in the course without having mathematics as main paper.

Yes, you are eligible for the Under Graduate Course in Economics Hons. without having maths in class 12th. The minimum eligibility for B.A. (Economics Hons.) is class 12th with any stream.

If you have Economics subject at (10+2) level, then maths is not compulsory for admission in B.A.(Economics) to MSU.

B.A.(Economics) Admission In MSU
You must have passed (10+2) with Economics or Maths subject from a recognized institute.
