In order to pursue the course, you will have to qualify entrance examination conducted by Council of Architecture. The test is know as Nation Aptitude Test in Architecture and is mandatory for candidates to be an associate member of the Council of Architecture. Even if the institution chosen by you conducts its own entrance exam, you must write the National Aptitude Test in Architecture to be able to practice as a professional Architect. Re: Am I eligible for B.Arch after passing 12th commerce?
You are eligible for B.Arch after passing class 12 with commerce group with math. It is not necessary that you have to take the science stream. Math is only required. Earlier English was also required but now its only math. Bug before getting into a good institute you have to take up the Nata(national aptitude test in architecture) exam. You are not eligible for AIEEE as it requires science stream. Hope this helped
