Am I eligible for B.Ed Exam from Haryana having scored 45.2% in B.Com from Delhi University with an age of 23 years?


My age is 23 years old . I have gotten 45.2% in b.com, 2010 from Delhi University and Belonging to BC (Backward Class). Please tell me I am Eligible for B.ed from Haryana.
And Please Suggest which type of documents would be required & Admission will be opend.

i am 40 years old ....i want to know the maximum age for B.Ed to opt for government teacher in haryana....
