Am i eligible for CEE 2016 after scoring 59 percent in PCB??? I just missed it by only 1%, feeling really very bad for that.

Eligibility for CEE:

Applicant must be citizen of India.
Applicant Must have done 12th from recognized board with medical stream with at least 60% marks and 50% for reserved categories.
Applicant has to score at least 50% in the entrance exam to qualify.

Assam CEE is a joint entrance exam conducted by Dibrugarh University for admission into Engineering and Medical courses of the colleges situated in the Assam state.

Following are the eligibility for CEE 2016 examination :

- The candidate must have a domicile of Assam

- The candidate appearing for this exam must be in the age limit of 17 - 21 years of age as on August 1, 2016. There is the provision of relaxation up to 3 years in the upper age limit is provided to the candidates belonging to the reserved category

- The candidates appearing in the exam must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination with an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, English, Biology/Maths. The candidate belonging to reserved category the minimum percentage criteria is 45%.

So, yes you are eligible for this exam. Because the minimum percentage for appearing in this exam should be 50%. So, no need to worry you can appear for this examination.

IMPORTANT DATES OF CEE 2016 EXAMINATION :

- Online application start from : April 2016

- Last date of application form submission : Last week of April 2016

- Downloading of Admit card : May 2016

- Exam date : 2nd week of May 2016

- Result : 2nd week of June 2016

You are eligible for CEE (Common Entrance Examination) 2016.

Eligibility Criteria:- You must have passed 12th in physics,english,maths/biology atleast 50% marks.Applicants belonging to SC category are required to 45% marks.

Age must be in between 17 to 21 years.

You can get the application form at the website of the university in the month of April 2016.

Selection Procedure:- It will be based on marks obtained by candidates in the entrance exam.
