Yes, you are eligible for CSIR NET exam.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for CSIR NET exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Your age should be below 28 years.

Yeah you are eligible to give CSIR.
Eligibility criteria for CSIR, NET, SET:
1.must be a postgraduate in any discipline.
2.55% for Obc,s .
3.50% for reserved category that is scheduled caste , scheduled tribes, backward classes, and physically handicapped persons.
4.age limit 28 years.
NET is national eligibility test and SET is state eligibility test..
