A PERSON HAVING D pharmacy qualification with 3yrs experience can elligible for the drug inspector ?

Sorry to say but a D pharmacy students is not eligible for the drug inspector exam.Since D pharmacy is 2 years course and its a diploma in pharmacy Drug inspector exam is conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility

You should have got degree in Pharmacy of Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with specialisation in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a recognized university .

You should not be less then 21 years and more then 32 years.There is some relaxation given to reserved caste students .
5 years in upper age is relaxed for SC/ST
3 years in upper age is relaxed for OBC

The examination is done in two phases ::

1.Written exam::It is consist of two papers.

Paper-I :: Pharmacy and is of 200 marks and 2 hours duration .

Paper-II:: General Knowledge and is of 50 marks and 1 hours duration

2.Interview ::Its a Viva Voce Test for 25 marks.

Minimum qualification for drug inspector is degree in pharmacy so you cant apply because it is diploma

i had completed d pharmacy and i am working in a medical store from 2 yrs ca i appeared for adrug inspector exam

Am i elegble for drug inspector having D pharmacy and Bsc with zoology chemistry and botany from VBS university with 3 year pharma marketing experience¿.

Am i eligiable for apply these post?

No,you will not be eligible to apply for Drug Inspector Exam even if you have 3 year's of working experience it's only because you have a Diploma degree in Pharmacy.Qualifications required to apply for Drug Inspector Exam are as follows :-

Educational qualification :-

• You should have a bachelor degree from recognized university.
• Your bachelor degree should be from Pharmaceutical science/Medicine in Clinical Pharmacology/Medicine with specialization in Microbiology.

Age :-

• Minimum age should be 21 years.
• Maximum age should not be above 30 years.

Exam Pattern :-

• All questions that will be asked will be from your Graduation level and related to your subjects.
• Total number of questions will be 420.
• Total duration for each set will be 2 hours.
• All questions will be objective type.

Exam Syllabus :-

• Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical science - 200 questions.

• Clinical Pharmacology - 120 questions.

• Micro-Biology - 120 questions.
  

Sorry for Drug Inspector you must have a Degree level qualification in the respective field then only you will be eligible to apply.

Degree in Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology is the required qualification for Drug Inspector exam.

If you have experience with Degree then it will work in your favour and may increase your chance of getting selected for the post.

So if you want to apply for Drug Inspector post then you have to get a B.Pharm. degree. As you are Diploma in Pharmacy means you will get direct entry into 2nd year of B.Pharm. through Lateral entry.

Foe becoming Drug Inspector one has to crack examination which is conducted by State Public Service Commission.

Every state conducts examination seperately so eligibility criteria might be little bit different but it is almost same.

Age should be between 21 to 35 years and those who belong to reserved category will get relaxation according to Government rules.

Selection will be based on the following stages:

-Written Examination

-Interview

Written examination will have questions related to your field of study meas you have to revise whatever you have studied in your academic years.
