Am I eligible to get a seat in JNTUH in VLSI or Embedded stream after getting 169 rank in TSPGCET?


I got 169 rank in TSPGCET for M.Tech, ECE (OU region). Can I get seat in JNTUH in VLSI or Embedded streams? What is the cut off rank to get the seat? Can someone share with me the details? Am expecting to get the seat. Thank you!
