Currently, I'm in my 4th semester of Diploma course. Can I give 12th Arts exam when I'm still pursuing my Diploma course? Or do I need to complete my Diploma first?

No, you are not eligible to give 12th standard Arts stream examination being a 4th Semester Diploma candidate. To be eligible to appear in 12th standard Arts stream examination, you should have pursued 12th standard with Arts stream from a Government recognised board. So, being a Diploma student, you are not eligible to give 12th standard Arts examination.
