The only way to join the Indian Air Force just after qualifying +2 level of examination is NDA Exam and to be eligible for it, you must have studied Physics and Mathematics in the same.
Now, since you have completed your higher secondary in arts stream, you will need to complete graduation to join the Indian Air Force. Being a graduate from a non-technical background, you will be eligible to apply for the following branches of Indian Air Force:

Administrative Branch
Logistics Branch

For both these branches, you will have to score a minimum of 60% marks in your graduation and must be within the age limit of 20-23 years.
The recruitment is done on the basis of an entrance examination conducted by the Air Force Selection Board. The examination is known as Air Force Common Admission Test and is held twice a year.

No,a student having completed arts stream from 11th and +2 to join in Indian Air Force is not applicable

For joining in Indian Air Force you need to have completed +2 with Physics and mathematics in order to join in Indian Air Force

If you are having this qualification means you can apply for the NDA Exam.

This exam is one of the defence service of India and this exam is one of the UPSC exams.

This exam is conducted for candidates to join in defence forces of India:

So,as you are a interested in joining in Indian Air Force you cannot join in it with the current qualification of yours.

So,it is better that you complete your graduation and then apply for the exams which offers you to join in Indian Air Force:

CDS (Combined Defence Academy)

and many other exams.


You need to satisfy the eligibility criteria for the respected exam apart from the education qualification needed.

i am really sorry to tell you that you can not join indian air force being a arts student
for joining of air force the qualification and eligiblity required is 10+2 with mathematics and physics
you can not give the test
