Am I eligible for government job after completing B.E from IME?


i m a drdo emplyee,i complete my b e from ime on 2012 & i want to know that i m eligible for other govt job,upsc conducted jobs,gate exam & psu exam also

want to admit myself in B.Tech/Mech,through IME/Mumbai, distance course. Iam H.S.with science and ITI passed and working as a Jr Engineer at Rly
