Can I get government job after completing my BAAS as medical officer in government hospital?

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, you are not eligible to apply for government job after completion of BAAS Homeopathy course for the post of Medical Officer. The minimum qualification required to apply for the post of Medical Officers in government organizations is given below.

>> Candidates must have completed acknowledged allopathic system of medicines of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

>> And candidates must have completed their mandatory internship and must hold a Post Graduate degree or Diploma in from a recognized university.
