Yes, you can get admission in CWA Intermediate course with the qualification you mentioned.

All graduates (except fine arts) are eligible to register for Intermediate course directly.
There is no percentage restriction as such.

You can register for the the course any time in a year.

The exams are conducted twice a year.
One exam is conducted in June and other in December every year.

To be eligible to apply for for June term exam you must register for the course before
30th November of previous year and to be eligible to apply for December term exam
you have to register for the course before 31st may of the same year.

e.g., If you wish to appear the exams in June 2013 you should register for the course
anyhow before 30th Nov 2012.
