nios is an open schooling, if we secure 60% in pcb and in english do we eligable to mbbs under the rules of medical council of india

Yes of course you can join MBBS course after completing your 10+2 from NIOS board with PCB combination.

Eligibility criteria for appearing in entrance exams conducted for admission in MBBS course:
A candidate who passed 10+2 with minimum 55% marks from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English as main subjects.
