No you're not eligible for MS in Genetics after completing B.Pharmacy Course. Only the candidate who are completed B.Sc in Genetics or the candidate who studied the subjects like,

Hematology
Immunology
Industrial Microbiology
Medical Biochemistry
Microbiology
Physics
Physiology
Anthropology
Botany
Zoology
Chemistry
Chemistry Fisheries
Genetics

In Bachelor Degree course are eligible to apply for MS in Genetics course. So, Being a B.Pharmacy candidate you're not eligible for MS in Genetics course.

Suggestion~

Being a B.Pharmacy course candidate you may apply for the Post Graduation courses like, MBA (Master of Business Administration), M.Pharmacy Course and M.Sc Master of Science Course etc..
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
