If you want to practice neurosurgery than you must first study MBBS and after that you will be able to select a specialised course as neuro surgery
Physiotherapy does not allow you to perform any surgery or prescribe any medicines to the patients
If you want to practice neurosurgery than you must first study MBBS rather than physiotherapy
