Am I eligible for PGT after completion of B.Tech and B.Ed?
Hello Sir, I have completed my M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) followed by B.Ed as well. So, now am I eligible to apply for the Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics and Mathematics?

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the post of PGT Physics after completing M.tech in ECE and B.Ed.
The candidate's age must be in between 28 to 40 years. However, there is age relaxation in upper age for reserved category students as per norms. |

You are eligible for TGT .
Trained Graduate Teachers should have a Bachelors Degree from a recognised University with at least 50% marks in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject for recruitment and B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognised University. For PGT, you need to pick M.Tech Post Graduate Teacher required master's degree from a recognised University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned or related subjects and B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognised University. |

No, you are not eligible for PGT after completion of BTech.
You are only eligible for TGT. TGT stands for Trained Graduate Teacher Eligibility criteria for TGT:- The candidate should have passed bachelor's degree from a recognised University with at least 50% marks or above in aggregate at as well as in the concerned subject are recruitment and B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognised University. |
