am i eligible for psu after scoring 61% in 10th and 56% in class 12,doing engineering with ec branch,not completed yet

If you are doing engineering course, it is better to apply for jobs in PSUs after successful completion of the same. You can apply for positions like Assistant manager, project manager etc in government companies. The percentage of marks required to apply in PSUs is 60%. You have to attend written examination which is included as part of selection. On clearing written exam, GD and personal interview is the final option available.

You have not mentioned about your graduation.
Its very difficult to get job after 12th, though there are jobs, they dont pay you much.
After graduation you get good pay and good profile. Also it would help you rise faster.

you should complete your graduation with very good marks.
If you do it from good college, you will get campus placement.
Most company would take candidates on the basis of graduation marks
