i m btech student ..i scored 73%in 10th,64%in 12th and 63%in btech...I want to knw that whether i can apply for psu's or not ?? Plz help me out

Yes definitely you can apply for the PSU exams. The minimum eligibility for attending the PSU exams is a graduation in any discipline from an institute which is reputed. You need to score a minimum of 55% in graduation also. The notifications regarding the PSU exams in various government organizations will be published. You can apply according to the vacancies that come about.

You can apply to any PSU after seeing the vacancies in that particular PSU. Nowadays, PSU's are asking for 60 minimum for General students and some are asking 65, but not more than 65. In PSU's never class 10 and 12 percentage will be asked. They might refer your earlier classes percentage in later stages of recruitment. Chances of refering is also very light as they concentrate more on a person's ability and technical skills rather than there scores. Do move confidently into examination Hall. I advice that please google the papers of particular exams. Sometimes you may find some important bits and how to answer them. All The Best.

yes, you can apply for PSU's after completion of B.tech course..

Eligibility for PSU exam:-

1.Candidate must have secure 60% aggregate through out the career.

2.Candidate must be a citizen of India.

3.Candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.

4.Candidates age should be in between 21-30 years.
For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years.

As you have more than 60% aggregate then you can apply for PSU jobs..

my dear friend yes you can apply for psu's.
The minimum marks require 55% avarage in class 10th to graduation.
But you have a good score.
And you have to graduate from any recognized university in India.

i h've 60% in b.e.can i apply for ongc,ntpc,bhel,iocl through gate?plz guide me.

NO from 2012 onwards ongc,ntpc,bhel ,iocl recruit only graduates wit > 65% marks only

In the PSU's companies jobs which are the Government companies which hire the engineering students on the basis of their performance in entrance exam and interview or the Your B.tech degree marks..

NTPC

these four are the PSU's companies and in which you can apply..

Eligibility for the jobs in PSU's companies:

Educational Qualification: you should be passed the bachelor degree in engineering with atleast 60% marks from any recognized university.

age limit: age must be below the 32 years.

Nationality: indian citizen.

1, written test
2.Interview

In the written test syllabus related to your engineering degree subjects and all are the technical questions .

These companies which has been selection the students on the basis of the GATE exam score and interview conducted by the own companies...

You have to apply for these respective companies for the interview in between the dates issues by the respective company..

The minimum criteria for for maks is 55% .but not a days some want 60% and some more high psu's company want 65% but not more than this percentage.
so be relax and prepare well for exam..
