sir, i score 82% in 12 from nios board can i eligible for engineering if yes then am i eligible for scholarship?

if I am passing 12 from nios so can I got a gov. job or can I admission in any gov school or private instution

12th passed students from nios board is eligible for umbrella scholarship scheme

I passed 2nd pu in nios correspondence now can i apply scholarships .if yes where should i apply .
