Engineering Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test and this exam as name suggest for Engineering and MBBS degree not for any other degree..

So, definitely you can apply for B.sc and you need not to write EAMCET for it...

But you need to write other entrance that is college based entrance to get admission in the corresponding college..

Some of the B.Sc. Colleges in Hyderabad are
  • NagarCollege of Agriculture
  • Sujatha Degree & P.G. College for Women & Junior
  • NagarRishi Junior & Degree College
  • Spoorthy Women's Degree College
  • NagarMaitreyi Degree College
  • Degree College for Women
  • Gauthami Degree College for Women
  • Indian Institute of Management & Commerce
  • ACME Degree College

ssn college, that follows the Anna University offers MBA and MCA programs. There is no separate entrance test to join the ssn college. the admissions are carried out under the Government quota(50%)and the management quota. while admission under the government quota is based on the candidate's TANCET scores, those seeking admission under the management quota must have appeared for one of these - CAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT or TANCET.
